FINLEY'S CANDLE CRAFTING POLICY
1. Booking & Deposits
To secure your spot for a candle-making party, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation and covers materials and supplies.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the party, prior to the start of the event.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If rescheduled, your original deposit will be applied to the new date.
3. Group Size & Attendance
The number of attendees must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the party date. We prefer to only have 20 guests per event, but arranges can be made for up to 25. Please email us after booking to let us know.
4. No-Show Policy
If your group fails to show up without prior notice, the event will be considered complete, and the deposit will not be refunded.
5. Party Duration & Additional Guests
Candle-making parties are typically 2 hours in length. If additional time is required, please let us know in advance. Extra charges may apply for extended sessions.
6. Health & Safety Guidelines
All guests must follow the health and safety guidelines provided by our team.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for any personal injury, damage, or loss that occurs during the party. Participants engage in candle making at their own risk, and we encourage responsible behavior at all times.
